We take your privacy very seriously. All customer information will be used for internal purposes only. No information will be given, shared or sold to any outside sources. Unless you elect to receive occasional E-mails from Country Keepsake concerning discounts or new products, E-mail addresses are used only to send invoices and correspond if there are any problems or questions with your order.
This is a secure site. Each credit card transaction is encrypted and secured during the checkout process. You may also order by phone.
For orders within the State of Washington sales tax will be automatically calculated and added at checkout. Customers outside the State of Washington will not be charged sales tax.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All orders submitted online using credit cards are immediately confirmed. You will be mailed an invoice of your purchase.
We want you to be satisfied. All requests for refunds must be e-mailed to us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Return the unused product within 10 days. Once the item is returned a credit is immediately issued or a refund check is issued, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. Please note that you must pay shipping and handling when returning merchandise. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
During the holiday season allow 7-10 business days for delivery using FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and longer using USPS Parcel Post. In the off season most orders are completed and shipped within 2-5 days of the order being received. Transit times can vary from 1-5 business days with FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and longer using USPS Parcel Post. If you have a rush order please call us and we will try to accommodate you.
Holiday Shipping Information 2017
We do drop ship (shipping to a different location than the person ordering). This is when you want the item shipped directly to the individual instead of yourself.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy on damaged merchandise.
